Hauzisha Platforms LTD markets residential property for sale on behalf of developers and owners. We are an agent and marketer. We are not the seller of the properties listed here, we are not a bank or mortgage provider, and we are not a law firm.

Every listing on this site is an invitation to enquire. It is not a contractual offer and nothing on this site creates a binding agreement to sell a property to you at the price shown or at all. A sale is only agreed in a written contract signed between you and the seller.

Our team verifies listings before they appear, and we take down sold units promptly. Even so, prices, availability, unit mixes, completion dates and specifications change — often faster than a page can be updated. Treat everything here as indicative and confirm the current position with us before you commit money or time.

Photographs, floor areas, plans, renders and descriptions are supplied to us by developers and owners. Renders and computer-generated images show a design intent, not the finished building. Floor areas may be measured to different standards.

Before you buy, you should instruct your own advocate to carry out searches and confirm title, and satisfy yourself about the property, the development and the seller. Nothing on this site replaces that. We do not give legal, tax, valuation, structural or financial advice.

The mortgage calculator is an illustration only. It uses the figures you enter and simple arithmetic. It is not a quotation, a lending decision, or an indication that any bank will lend to you, and it does not account for fees, insurance, stamp duty, legal costs or changes in interest rates. Speak to a lender for a real offer.

We keep pages for properties that have sold, clearly marked as sold, because they remain useful reference for what a building and an area offered. A page marked sold is not available for purchase at any price, including the price shown on it.

You may browse the site, and share links to it. You may not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download listings, photographs or data, or use automated tools to do so, except for search engines obeying our robots.txt
• republish our listings, photographs or descriptions on another property site or marketplace
• misrepresent yourself as acting for Hauzisha, or contact our developers and owners as if introduced by us when you were not
• interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or attempt to access parts of it that are not public

The site, its design, text, and the arrangement of its content belong to Hauzisha Platforms LTD. Photographs and renders belong to us or to the developers and owners who supplied them and are used with permission. Developer names, project names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the properties we market.

Where we link to a site we do not control, we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

We do not promise the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual listings, without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information on it. Because listing information originates with developers and owners, our responsibility is to pass it on honestly and correct it when we learn it is wrong — not to guarantee it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
