You tell us about the project
A call or the form below is enough to start. Where it is, how many units, the mix, and what stage construction is at. If you have floor plans and a price list, send them; if you do not, we will work from what you have.
- Step 2Usually within a week of that call
Our team visits and shoots it
We come to site, walk the units and photograph them properly. Show houses, finished units, the views, the amenities. For off-plan we work from your renders and shoot progress as it goes up, so the listing keeps pace with the build.

We advertise it and send you buyers
Every unit gets its own page, and the development gets one that carries your name. From there it goes out across search, social and our buyer list. Enquiries come to our team, we qualify them, and the ones who are ready to view reach your sales office.

Questions developers ask us
What does it cost to list with you?
Nothing up front. We are paid a commission by the developer on units we sell, agreed before we start, and it comes out of the sale price rather than being added to what the buyer pays. Photography and the listing pages are ours to fund.
Do you only take completed developments?
No. A good share of what we sell is off-plan or under construction. Those need renders and a clear payment schedule rather than finished units, and we shoot progress as the build goes up so the listing stays current.
Do we have to give you exclusivity?
No. Most developers we work with also sell direct and through other agents. We are judged on the buyers we bring you, which is the arrangement that suits us both.
How small is too small?
We list single units through to developments of a few hundred. What matters more than size is that the title is clean and the pricing is realistic for the area, because those are what a buyer's advocate will look at first.
Where do you cover?
Nairobi and the satellite towns along the commuter corridors, plus selected coast developments. If you are outside that, call us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can sell it.
